    &nbsp;<BR>I have made an ActiveX dll in which I am using ADO to access the Oracle database. I create an instance of this COM object in my ASP file (using Server.CreateObject) and try invoke a method of this COM object. It gives me the following message: <BR><BR>Class does not support Automation or does not support expected interface<BR><BR>This method basically uses ADO to access the database and returns a string which is the value of one of the database fields<BR><BR>If I don&#039t use any ADO in this method of the ActiveX dll, the results are fine.<BR><BR>Can somebody help?<BR>email

    Make sure you have installed the latest MDAC ( on the IIS server (so ADO/ODBC/etc. work correctly) as well as any DSN&#039s your object may be dependent upon.
