    Default problem with sessions

i put a hit counter into my global.asa, it wouldn&#039t imcrement though. I put it into my default.asp file and it worked fine. I would much prefer to have the coding in my global file for global use. There Session_OnStart Sub in the global file wasn&#039t even run. (it must be a problem with sessions...) help?<BR>

global.asa file should run ever time a NEW session is started by a NEW visitor to the site. If you hit refresh that will not work. Your hosting service should provide you with a stats program that gives the info you want. Dont use the session_on and appl_on .
