Like other people, I get the following message when using the application object:

Application object error &#039ASP 0197 : 80004005&#039
Disallowed object use /xxx.asp, line 2. Cannot add object with apartment model behavior to the application intrinsic object.

On Microsoft&#039s web site, they offer this advice:
To work around this problem, create all global Scripting.Dictionary objects with a session scope as follows:
<%Set Session("SD")= Server.CreateObject("Scripting.Dictionary")%>

My question: Where am I supposed to put this statement? Does it go in the global.asa file (if so, how) or in my .asp file that calls the application object?

Thanks,
Allen
