    Default Why Doesn't This Work

    I&#039;m using this string:<BR><BR>sql = "Select * From pr where where date = 01/01/2001"<BR><BR>I get this error:<BR><BR>--------<BR><BR>ADODB.Recordset error &#039;800a0bcd&#039; <BR><BR>Either BOF or EOF is True, or the current record has been deleted; the operation requested by the application requires a current record. <BR><BR>--------<BR><BR>"date" is a field in an Access database set as datetime. Any ideas? Thank you.<BR><BR><BR><BR>

    try this<BR><BR><BR>sql = "Select * From pr where where [date] = 01/01/2001"<BR><BR>AND<BR><BR>ALWAYS check for eof BEFORE you access the data from the recordset.<BR><BR>

    Default Date is Reserved word & Mr. AK

    How about putting the Date in single quotes, isnt that important or have u had too much to drink already :)
