Default DSN-less connection

I upgraded my operating system from Win98 to Win2000 pro and my software from Office97 to office xp. I use a DSN-less connection to access my databases (ms access). On my previous setup there was no problem with the connections. Now I get this error...

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers (0x80004005)
[Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver]General error Unable to open registry key 'Temporary (volatile) Jet DSN for process 0x5c0 Thread 0x680 DBC 0x130d024 Jet'.

I have researched quite a bit trying to find out what is missing. Can anyone help?

Thanks a lot...

    Default Just a thought...

Are you sure MS Access from Office XP uses the same drivers as MS Access 97?

This is one of the pitfalls of using DSN-Less connections. Having to go back into your code when you move things around, update software, etc...

Good luck with that.
