Default Selecting column from form input and dispalying

    Hi All,
Hope you can help me!
I have a form which allows the user to select which column to search on i.e. January, February etc, I wish to use this within a SQL statement i.e. SELECT Form.Request("monthinput") can anyone point me towards a solution/tutorial on how to do this? I would be very grateful.

Regards

Tony Pearce

    ...really, than any other form-to-query code:

SQL = "SELECT * FROM table WHERE " & Request("fieldNameToUse") & " = " & Request("valueToFind")

or some variation on that. You just plunk the data from the form into the right spot in the query, whatever "right spot" means in your context.
