Yes i've considered excel, but the database is for the inept, and if they have to export the data to excel, and then have to figure out how to graph it themselves, a lot of people are going to be very frustrated. I was hoping there was something else... something easier.
Skip the template. Use pivot tables in Excel and query the Access db directly. You can set it to refresh the data whenever the file is opened or on demand. You can build graphs and reports dynamically in a snap. Very, very nice use of Excel with Access.<BR><BR>PJ
