Default Case senstive order by

I posted the question yesterday on case sensitive select, or more exactly, case sensitive order by on SQL Server and Access.

My question is how to select and return records so that the resultset will be in case senstive order, ie, upper case comes before lower case.

Response from ks suggests using
...order by ASCII(SUBSTRING([Field1],1,1)),ASCII(SUBSTRING([Field1],2,1)),ASCII(SUBSTRING([Field1],3,1)),[Field1]

This somehow works but only on SQL Server. Does anyone know of a corresponding ASCII function in Access. I've tried Asc() but doesn't work. Or does anyone have any idea on doing a case sensitive order by? All suggestions are greately appreciated. Thanks.
