Default Destroying Cookies

I asked this question last week and got some good responses, but none of them worked. I need to get a cookie out of memory. At least it appears that it's in memory. I was told session.abandon() would do it, but that doesn't take care of the problem. Expireing the cookie only takes it from the HD. I am taking information from a cookie, putting it in a form. When the form is submitted, it updates info on a mainframe and then recreates the cookie with the new info, but I am still displaying the old cookie info.

Thanks in advance,
Kyle

Set the expiry date to a previous date. So when you abandon the session the cookie will be "eaten"

Maybe you just need to update the existing the info in the cookie to reflect the new info.
