I've been searching all morning for this answer...

Once I place an object of my own creation in the session object, obviously it needs to be multi threaded.

My question is: How many threads do I spin off? My first thought is 2, but I'm not exactly sure. I have to create all my own threads manually. Does the Session object make a specific request to IIS and I need to spin a thread on that?

If there is much more than 2 threads to manage, I figure it'll be a PITA to synch threads, sleep 'em, etc.

So, I have Thread1. Now I need to create Thread2 -- to do what? Handle things internally in my program? Or does IIS/Session need one of those threads to do its thing?
