Default Dynamic navigation, like Home > Products

I need some ideas as to how one might go about this. You've seen this same thing on many other sites. Basically I just want to allow them to navigate throughout the site, and be able to go back to where they started, or maybe just a few pages back, but give them a friendly display name and a link. e.g.:

Home > Products > Electronics > Stereos > Etc.

How might one go about this?

Do you have a database that contains the hierarchy of site categories? -- or do you just want to hard code the site sections? What is the maximum number of levels?

Nathan,
http://aspapp.com
nathan@aspapp.com

    Default An even easier way...

...that can be done is to simply reflect the DIRECTORY structure on the server into the URLs used.

That is, if the server has:

Products
    Electronic
        Consumer
        Commercial
    Toys
        Beanies
        Barbies

then you simply convert the directory structure into the Products >> Electronics >> Consumer format automagically.

A little work with the FileSystemObject and/or Request.ServerVariables("URL") should do the trick.
