I had an Access Database, where a SQL statement using IN was working to select multiples. Now that I've migrated to SQL Server 2000, I'm getting the error:

Error Type:
Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers (0x80040E14)
[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]The text, ntext, and image data types cannot be compared or sorted, except when using IS NULL or LIKE operator.
/Results/Jsearch.asp, line 20

Is there any way to work around this? If I use LIKE instead of IN, will it still search for multiples? The IN is currently being used to search through the Table for records which contain multiple selected Cities (about 200 total).
