Default store procedure

This may not be the problem related to ASP, but really appreciated if someone could give some tips on it.

I have a sp that truncating an existing table first and then repopulate it with data from other tables.
The problem is if the first user run the sp with certain parameters, later the second user run this sp with another set of parameters. Therefore, the first user could no longer refer to his original result set cause it has been changed by the second user. Could it be done that each user could get his/her own copy of the table until he/she rerun the sp next time.
