Default Formatting from Access DB

I am having a user type in policies and general info into a access db and I wanted to know if there was a way to keep the formatting that she is using (line breaks, etc). Any help would be great.

cisco

    Default the formatting is kept..

but whether you print it out again like that is up to you... If you replace all vbCrLf 's with "
" then you see where the user hit enter.

Jason
Default For line breaks

do a replace on the field eg

response.write replace(rs("policyInfo"), vbCrlf, "
")

for bold and underline could have her input html tags eg <b>,<i> etc even <p> tags.
