Default Tricky variable question (I'll be more than i

    It may be impossible, but...

I'm trying to set the value of a server-side vbscript variable (actually an application variable) with the value of the URL of a DIFFERENT FRAME that a visitor on my site is on.
Without thinking I did locationVariable = parent.main.location.href
Then I realized the former is ASP the latter is client-side javascript.
Is there a way to do this? Or is there a way to get the URL of a different frame in asp without having to use javascript?
Default see ASPFAQs...

...basically, you will have to somehow "send" the info to the server, just as you would transfer info from any JS variable to ASP.

What you could do is use yet *another* frame that would "peek" into the frame with the info and then, when it finds what it wants, submit itself to a separate ASP page.
