Default Component Services

Does anyone know of an easy way to update a component that is under Component Services in Windows 2000 Advanced Server? I hate the fact that the only way I know to do it is by deleting the component from component services and re-adding it and redoing all of the security for the component. This is a big pain in the neck especially when changes are made to the component frequently. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Shawn
