This problem is driving me mad, mad, I tell you! Our database runs on SQL Server 7.0. In several ASP scripts, I use "SetFileObject" to make a call from one box to another box to update or get a file. Yet, at the point I write "FileObject.close" I get one of two errors:
1) 800a0e78, which says "The operation requested by the application is not allowed if the object is closed", or
2) 800a01b6, which says "Object doesn&#039t support this property or method".

I have been able to eliminate the errors by commenting out "FileObject.close", but this seems like a band-aid solution. Does Microsoft close the object without telling me? Or am I missing code somewhere?

Thanks!
