Default IIS5.0 v.s. IIS4.0

Getting ready to implement a large Intranet site for my company and our Sys Admin guys are somewhat weak in IIS knowlegde :). The site involves heavy ASP/SQL7.0 & Active Server Directory integration. I'm trying to identify if hardware or software has the biggest bang for the buck. Do we go with Windows 2000 Server and IIS 5.0 or stay with our NT4.0 and IIS 4.0 but beef-up the hardware?? What would you do??

Kevin

I would go with IIS 5.0. IIS 4.0 provides ASP 2.0 while IIS 5.0 is 3.0. There is no upgrade for IIS 4.0 that I know of.

It would also be a better move considering the .net direction everything is going to.
