Default Error Creating Object

Anyone know why I'm getting this error when attempting to create an instance of a COM+ object I wrote?

Server object, ASP 0178 (0x80070005)
The call to Server.CreateObject failed while checking permissions. Access is denied to this object.

set obj = server.CreateObject ("InfoListDLL.CDataTools")

Thanks
Right click the dll in Windows Explorer. The problem sounds like it's either set to read-only or access permissions are not set correctly. Hit the 'Security' tab in the Property page and make sure 'Everybody' has full control over the dll.

That should solve the problem.

Thanks for the response. Everyone already had Full Access.

I'm getting the error when trying to debug the component in VB using an ASP script. In Project-Properties-Debugging I selected "Start Browser with URL" and specified an ASP. The ASP generates the error.
