Default sql connection problem

Cant connect to sql server. It is running. There are three error messages i get depending on which string i use in attempting to connect. Either, Login failed for user 'C247272-AIUSR_C247272-A', Cant find sql server, or login not accepted. The first error message, Login failed for user 'C247272-AIUSR_C247272-A', i dont understand. I get that when attempting a DSN connection. I am specifying myself, the current user logged in, and not this account. In fact, I even deleted this account and it still says it. Any help please.
