    A useful debugging tip is to <BR>Response.Write your sql statement to see what it is actually producing. With a statement this long you should probably break it down into parts and Response.Write each part of it to see where the problem lies.

    Double-check the spelling on your field names, and also make sure you have a field name for every new value to be input
