    Default Forms, database, and e-mail

So, my form will post to my Access database, and I've found the tutorial on how to get form results e-mailed out, but what's the best way to do both? I want the results of a form posted and e-mailed to someone, or at least a notice of an update to the database e-mailed to someone.
