I dont know if it's the right place to ask but here goes:

I have a site that depends heavily on the contents of a database.
When the contents of the database change (and they change a lot) I want the displayed info on the browser to change on the next access to the asp page.
The client browser is always MS IE.
To do so, how do I disable all caching, making IE always download the asp page every time the user tries do see it (even when you click on the back button)?

Thank you.
