Default Browser cipher strength

I need to determine the cipher strength (ie 128 bit or 56 bit etc) of the user's browser. I have tried to capture this using:
Request.ServerVariables("CERT_KEYSIZE") and
Request.ServerVariables("HTTPS_KEYSIZE")

Both these commands return null. Does anybody know how to get these server variable populated?

Browser Encryption Strength is usually listed in the Browser's UserString property I you can try querying that.

Hope that helps.
