Default DAT file and SQL Server

    Hi.

I am leaving my ISP for poor service but need to bring my database with me. The old db is in SQL Server 6.5. I asked them to export it to an Access db and place it on the root of my site for me to retrieve it. They said the only way to export data out of 6.5 was to put it in a DAT file, so that's what he did. Now I have a 19 MB DAT file and don't know how to import it to my new SQL Server 2000 db.

I've searched through Help, but the word DAT isn't anywhere to be found. Can anyone advise?

Thanks!
Jim Horn
