Hey guys and gals well here is my problem:<BR>I have a form that has 3 objects: Title, synopsis, and full story. It is quite possible that the person updateing this form may enter somewhere a double quote (") this would screw up the ASP page which is validating this form. What should I do should I do a replace function to replace all (") with the chr value of a double quote? what is the chr value of a double quote in vbscript. I am really confused with these double quote values.<BR><BR>Also I have a hyperlink<BR>Response.Write Application("AppNewsFilename"&looper) & "<break>"<BR>Response.write "<ahref=" & Application("AppNewsFilename"&looper) & "View full story</aa><break>"<BR><BR>And it doesnt work properly also because of the quotes. Dont tell me its because I have <break> and <aa> because I did that on purpose so u guys could see the link or else the board would pick up the html. How can I change this to print the application level variable?<BR><BR>Basically what are different ways vbscript recognizes double quotes.<BR><BR>Thanks a bunddle<BR>Mike M.
