    Hi,<BR>how can I force the user to logon in IE 5.0 using IIS 5.0. It seem to me that the browser keep looking for W2K account first how do I disable this Without having to manually config ever client machine to force the user to login? <BR><BR>Thanks,<BR>Duc

    Do you mean that if the user is not using IE you will deny access to the site? If so my applause for a gutsy move. Although I&#039;ve never done it I would think you could check for the browser type, use the articles here to see how that&#039;s done and then just do an If then. <BR><BR>If browser = IE then<BR>code<BR>else<BR>your error page<BR><BR>HTH

    No,<BR>Sorry for the miss understanding, but what I mean was I want IE to force the user to login. It seem like IE will pick up WIN2K user account as the default.<BR><BR>Thanks,<BR>Duc
