Default Parameter passing between Pages

    Hi,
I an creating an application with SQL 7.0 backend. My login page seems fine. I can see my login is successful. But I want an user to go to frame page after they log in. Based on thier user permission they will see different things in the page.
1. if user access=1 then he will see x, y, z items in the left frame (All these items are linked to some action) and user information like his name, history on the right frame

2. for any other user access user will see only x on the left frame and right frame will his information.

Now, can you tell is there an easy way of doing it?
I tried couple different way, but the problem I am facing is getting the user information sent to the next page. Can you tell how can I do that?

Thanks a lot.

Jason

Put the user access level into a session variable that can then be read by any page.

Best regards,
-Paul

J. Paul Schmidt, MBA
Databases on the Web
