    Default Order of execution

Hi - I am printing a out an ordered (by category) table with categories and the products in that categorie. My code prints out the category heading and then its products, as soon as a different/new heading is found (checked by an if strcomp(.<>.) control structure) it prints the new heading and continues to print out its products. All works fine except that the page outputs the products, then the heading, products then the heading. Why is this order of execution in reverse. I have tried using subroutines... the same happened?

Check thi article out, makes parent child recordset displays so much easier. Can also include agg level functions eg sum, count for child recordset.<BR><BR>http://www.4guysfromrolla.com/webtech/092599-1.shtml
