    Default MS Access Licensing

It is my understanding that if you own a copy of MS Access (any version), that you can take the database and use it on the Web with ASP without any licensing restrictions. I didn't see anything in the license agreement or at Microsoft's Web site that said otherwise. I know there are restrictions with MS SQL Server and Oracle.

Think of the Access database as being just like a Word document. You can happily put Word documents on the web without any licencing issues. The licencing is for the program that open the file (e.g. MS Word or MS Access).<BR><BR>So, yes you can just stick an Access Db on the web without worrying about licences.
