    Default Overflow error when using CInt()

    Hi...I am trying to use CInt(rs.Fields("sales")), and at when the page is called up, I get:<BR>------Microsoft VBScript runtime error &#039;800a0006&#039; <BR>------Overflow: &#039;CInt&#039; <BR><BR>I tested my stored proc, and there is definately data in the field.<BR><BR>Does anyone have any thoughts on this. Any help at all is greatly appreciated.<BR><BR>Thanks!<BR><BR>

    Default Look at this...

    ...CInt has a limitation to the number stored. If I remember correctly, it&#039;s somewhere in the neighborhood of 32,000. Please it requires whole numbers. Make sure rs("sales") is not blank or null and possibly try CLng() instead.

    CLng() works! I guess I just can&#039;t believe that the limit to an Int is that low!<BR>Thank You.
