Default Setting number of decimal places....

    Hopefully an easy question....
How do I specify a certain number of decimal places for a numeric subtype? i.e.

rate1=0.017000
rate2=0.014320
co mp=rate1+rate2

If I write:
<%=rate1%>
I get 0.017 instead of 0.017000, which is prefered

The value for comp ends up 3.132E-02 rather than 0.313200, which is prefered.

Thanks in advance!
