Default Problem with Form Varibles

Lets say i have this form field.
<SELECT NAME='CPU' size="1"><OPTION VALUE='PIII550 45' PIII 550Mhz ($45/month)
<OPTION VALUE='DPIII550 90' >Dual PIII 550Mhz ($90/month)</SELECT>

When the form is submitted, the value if Dual PIII 550 was picked would be 'DPIII550 90' the first word 'DPIII550' would be used for backend server scripts, and the second word '90' would be used for calucation of the final price. how could i split those two words into a array like 'server(1,1)' and the second word would be 'server(1,2)'

If you need more info, just let me know.

Thanks,
Oliver

    Default Let's Split

Here is something you might find of interest:

Parsing with join and split - 5/9/1999

"Whenever I need access to any record in this delimited text file, I first use the FileSystemObject to read in the entire text file into one string. I then issue a recArray = split(str,"*"), to get an array with each element a single record. Finally, to get each element in the record, I issue another split, elementArray = split(recArray(i),chr(13)), which stores each element of the ith record in elementArray."

Best regards,
-Paul

J.
