Default Network files

I need a way to get to files on a different server than where my program is.

The Scripting.FileSystemObject isn't seeing the folder. I've tried absolute referencing, mapping the drive, virtual directory -- isn't working. So I wrote a batch file that will do the job. The problem now is -- how can I call the .bat file from ASP (using VBScript) and return to my program without losing the state???

call response.redirect("http:...") only prints what's in the .bat file, and I lose information used in the .asp page

also tried: set callbatch = RSExecute("http:...") -- here's the error I get:
Microsoft(R) Windows NT(TM) (C) Copyright 1985-1996 Microsoft Corp. C:WINNTsystem32>
Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a000d'

Type mismatch: '[undefined]'

/dos.asp, line 39

Please help!!! Thanks
Default virtual folder?

Try mapping the drive, then creating a virtual folder in IIS Admin. Then you should be able to see the files no problem.

Just an idea...
