I am writing an ASP script and I need to validate that an entered date is greater than the current date. Since there will be times that an previous date will need to be entered, I will need to have the user validate if they really intend to use the date. My plan was to use a Javascript popup window asking the user to confirm (Yes or No) if they want to use the date they entered. I want to pass a return variable back to the asp script and continue processing.

I have a popup window made and I can make a the asp page prompt for a YES or NO but I can for the life of me get the JavaScript to update a variable from the ASP script like a Session variable.

Help please....

Thanks
Ray

You can't mix server and client side code together.
