Yesterday I posted in the Advanced ASP forum, but they were unable to help me. Since this problem does deal with a COM object I wanted to see if anyone here has run into this before.<BR><BR>From an ASP page, I am executing a method of a COM object that I wrote. The method returns a value that lets the page know if there were any errors. The problem is that the method takes about 13 Minutes to process all the data in my database table and about 5 minutes into the runtime the browser errors because it has timed out on the client side. It is important that I get the return from the method, but I also need to keep the browser from timing out. Is there a way to continue to send something to the browser while I wait? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
