    Default Cross browser

    I&#039;m new at web development, and started making simple pages using html, asp, jscript. The pages works ok in IE but either dont work, lose format, work with weired functionality in Netscape. <BR><BR>Is this normal? Are there any standards for cross browser developments? Any helpful websites, tips,....<BR><BR>thanks in advance
