My web site is hosted on a NT server and I would like to have people use user name & password to view certain pages. I do not need to have an exotic way of doing it but I do want to keep the casual browser from seeing certain pages.
I use Frontpage 2000 now. I can make a new sub-web and link to it.
Any help would be great!
Thanks,
Rob

    A really simple method, and probably the least secure, is with a simple Javascript. has many examples which you can cut and paste.

A simple ASP solution would be something like this:

<%
Password = Request.Form ("Password")
If Password = "FidelCastro" Then
Response.Redirect "welcome.htm"
Else
Response.Redirect "denied.htm"
End If
%>
