Default ADODB.Stream

    Okay here's my situation: I want to use the following code to read the html off of another website. This code works just fine if I link it to a local html or asp file, but I can't seem to access any foreign URL.

<%
Dim stmData
Set stmData = Server.CreateObject ("ADODB.Stream")
stmData.Open "URL= il%20and%20Gas", adModeRead, adOpenStreamFromURL
stmData.Charset = "ascii"
Response.Write stmData.ReadText
stmData.Close
Set stmData = Nothing
%>

Can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong? Is it even possible for me to do what I'm asking? Any advice or information would be much appreciated!

--Chris
