Default Combining xml files

I have a process where users search an SQL database by form. The results are then saved to an xml file which is then presented via xsl. No problems here. I want users to be able to "bank" their search results so that they can combine multiple searches. The results would then be published as one report. Would like to combine the xml files, remove duplicate records and then present via xsl. Im sure there are several approaches but what is the best.
Thanks
Martin

    Default RE: Combining xml files

an easy wat to combine to XML docs is to insert one into the other.

objDom - MSXML2.DomDocument #1
objOtherDom - MSXML2.DomDocument #2

objDom.DocumentElement.appendChild(objOt herDom.DocumentElement)
