Default dateformat, beginner's question

    Hi,

with the function <%= date%>, you get the date formatted like "mm/dd/yy". How can I change this to "mm/dd/yyyy"?
When I use this in a form to update an access database, do I have to change anything in the settings of Access?

Thanks

Check out the VBScript FormatDateTime Function at:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/scripting/default.htm?/scripting/vbScript/doc/vsfctFormatDateTime.htm
For Access, you want to make sure you are using any date format that has 4 digit years. If you&#039re doing this on your own Windows PC using a PWS, make sure you&#039ve changed your Regional Settings for a dates to 4 digit years. To do this go start, settings, control panel, Regional Settings and then click on the Date tab.
