The following xml code was given to me by Michael McLain ( and it works very well. I would like to use the data in httpdata in the vbscript. I have been unable to figure this out. Can anyone help?

set ox = CreateObject("microsoft.xmlhttp")
href="http://www.somewebsitefile/text.txt"
ox.Open "GET", href, false
ox.Send()
httpdata = ox.ResponseText
httpheaders = ox.GetAllResponseHeaders
set ox = nothing
%>
<SCRIPT LANGUAGE="VBScript">
<!--
I want use httpdata here.
-->
</SCRIPT>

    Sorry. I'm not very good at terminology. If you will notice httpdata is a text string that is received through the XML command Ox.ResponseText. I would like to parse the text string in my vbscript. However, I cannot figure out how to pass the variable value to the vbscript.
