    Hi, <BR><BR>I read a lot of articles on how to make ASP read a access database, but for some reason it will not work for me. <BR><BR>Could you please help me, <BR><BR>Here is my codes <BR><BR>I made a File DSN thur ODBC32: <BR>[ODBC] <BR>DRIVER=Microsoft Access Driver (*.mdb) <BR>UID=admin <BR>UserCommitSync=Yes <BR>Threads=3 <BR>SafeTransactions=0 <BR>ReadOnly=1 <BR>PageTimeout=5 <BR>MaxScanRows=8 <BR>MaxBufferSize=2048 <BR>FIL=MS Access <BR>Exclusive=1 <BR>DriverId=281 <BR>DefaultDir=D:AptwebaptwebrootDatabases <BR>DBQ=D:AptwebaptwebrootDatabasesAPT_Phone_Book. mdb <BR><BR>Then my asp pages contains <BR><BR>&#060;% LANGUAGE="VBScript"%&#062; <BR><BR>&#060;% <BR>&#039; Turn on page buffering <BR>Response.Buffer = True <BR><BR>&#039; Turn On Error Handling <BR>On Error Resume Next <BR><BR><BR>&#039;Declare our Variables <BR>Dim strConnection, objConn, objEmployeeRS, strGetEmployees <BR><BR>&#039;Save our OLE DB string for later! <BR>strConnection = "Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0;" & _ <BR>"Data Source=\APTWEB../Databases/APT_Phone_Book.mdb;" & _ <BR>"User ID = UserName;Password = userPassword;" <BR><BR><BR>Set objConn = Server.CreateObject("ADODB.Connection") <BR><BR>objConn.Open Session("strConnection") <BR><BR><BR>%&#062; <BR><BR><BR>What am I doing wrong? <BR>

    Thanks for the page, I printed it out. <BR><BR>But I got the same messgae<BR>"An error occurred on the server when processing the URL. Please contact the system administrator."<BR>This is what I typed in what am I doing wrong<BR><BR>&#060;%@ language=VBScript %&#062; <BR>&#060;% response.buffer = true %&#062; <BR><BR><BR>&#060;% <BR> oConn.Open "Driver={Microsoft Access Driver (*.mdb)};" & _ <BR> "Dbq=DatabaseAPT_Phone_Book.mdb;" & _<BR> "Uid=Admin;" & _<BR> "Pwd=;" <BR>%&#062;
