Default Need help with case sensitive query

I&#039m creating a login page that searches a database for the valid password and redirects the user somewhere based on their personal information. My problem is that my boss really wants the password to require case sensitivity. When I search the database it is not case sensitive. (This database is a small Access 97 DB). I have tried the Access newsgroups. Any ideas?

dave@californiaic.com
