I have written a site which the client may want to upgrade to sql server - the site connects using a dsn as oppossed toi dsnless - if the dsn is then pointed at sql server ( it is currently pointing at an access database) is there anyway of teeling in the code that the dsn is now pointing at a sql server database as the only thing which needs to change is the sql which inserts dates as they need to be surrounded by &#039; and not # <BR>I need to be able to know ( programatically ) wether the dsn is looking at an access database or sql server.... <BR>any help would be much appreciated <BR>thanks ;)
