I am trying to make a DSN-Less connection to an Access Database. I am using windows 2000 and IIS 5 locally on my machine. It tells me that the database is either already open exclusively (which it's not) or I need permision to view the data...there is no username or password set. What is the problem? Here is the code for the connection that I am using as an Includes file.

<%
Dim Conn, dbPath
dbPath = "C:Documents and SettingsAdministratorMy DocumentsVisual Studio ProjectsTrialTrial_LocalTrial.mdb"
Set Conn = Server.CreateObject("ADODB.Connection")
Conn.Open "PROVIDER=MICROSOFT.JET.OLEDB.4.0;DATA SOURCE=" & dbPath

%>
