Default RE: Closing a Popup Window

    When you open page B in Page A, you have to give the window a name. When you close page A, you can close the window with that name.

example with page A is loading and starts page B. After 12 seconds pag A closes Page B. Change the timeout to closing the window and you could use it also.

Page A
<script language="javascript">
<!--
wait ="pageB.asp","wait","width=230,height=1 0,toolbar=no,status=no,scrollbars=no,menubar=no,re sizable=no");
window.status="please wait"
-->
</script>

Include here the rest of the code

<script language="JavaScript">
<!--
settimeout("wait.close();,1200)
window.stat us = ""
-->
</script>
