    So what do you get when you do <BR><BR>Response.Write Request.querystring("INS") & "&#060;P&#062;"<BR>and<BR>Response.Write Server.URLEncode( Request.querystring("INS") ) & "&#060;P&#062;" <BR><BR>???<BR><BR>First things first is to track down *where* the bug is. And that means you go one very tiny step at a time.<BR><BR>
