Default How Access Non-registered DLL?

    Hi

Is it possible to open and use a non-registered DLL?

It does not matter if the DLL is a "normal" ou COM library. I would like to reffer to it inside my ASP code without registering it under the system.

Is there something like this?:

<!-- METADATA TYPE="TypeLib" FILE="MyFile.dll" -->

As far as I know it works only for registered DLL.

Thanks in advance.

[]s

Milton Alexandre
São Paulo - BR
Default Register it

    Seriously, VBScript and JScript are *only* capable of working with *ActiveX "objects"*. Period.

If you really need to access some other DLL, the only solution is to write your own component--using C++ or Visual Basic (or maybe Java)--that provides an ActiveX interface to it.

Sorry, but that's it.
