    Oops! Sorry for reposting. Please don&#039;t get mad. I am trying to solve this but I need your help. You guys are great for solving problem<BR><BR>I want to have a link from the text submitted by the responder.<BR>Just like here when some people refers to any web site they write and after posting that becomes a linked. I would like to do like that. This is educational web site. Therefore, lot of references will be to different web site. I can not have a hyperlink field in the database.<BR>Any help would be helpful.<BR>Please somebody help me???????<BR>Thanks.<BR>

    little effort from ur side after my earlier post.<BR><BR>if it is not from database u will say <BR><BR>var=split(request.form("somethingintext"), " ")<BR><BR>or let us say<BR><BR>str="this is a goood site i saw."<BR>var=split(str," ")<BR>for i=0 to ubound(var)<BR>if instr(var(i),"http://")=1 then<BR>response.write "&#060;a href=" & Var(i) & "&#062;" & Var(i) & "&#060;/a&#062;"<BR>else<BR>response.write var(i) & " "<BR>end if<BR>next<BR><BR>Cool!
